Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Handmade and Poured. Every item is handcrafted with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Handmade and Poured is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Any circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

Handmade and Poured is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages after they have been marked as accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information needed to help with your claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Handmade and Poured within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Status

Once an order has been placed, production begins promptly. Because our products are handmade, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after production has started.
