Resin & Handmade Item Disclaimer

Our resin pieces are handmade and may include natural characteristics such as small air bubbles, texture variations, slight surface imperfections, and color differences. These are normal in the resin curing process and are not considered defects.

Resin items are decorative in nature and should be handled with care. They may be sensitive to extreme heat, direct sunlight, dropping, or heavy impact, which can cause warping, cracking, or damage.

Small Item Safety Notice

Some items may include small parts, embellishments, or decorative pieces. These are not intended for children and may present a choking hazard. Handmade and Poured products are intended for decorative use unless otherwise stated.

How do I care for my resin piece?

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Door Decor FAQ

What size are your door hangers and porch signs?

Most of our round door hangers are approximately 18 inches. Porch signs and other decor pieces vary by design and will always be listed in the product description. Most of our door decorations are designed to fit standard residential doors.

Can I use door hangers outdoors?

Yes, our door decor is designed for covered outdoor use such as porches and entryways. We recommend keeping items protected from direct rain, extreme heat, and harsh weather to extend their lifespan.

Will my door hanger look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur in paint, lettering, bow placement, and design details. This makes every item unique while still matching the overall design shown.

How do I hang my door decor?

Most door hangers come ready to hang with twine, ribbon, or wire. You can hang them on a standard door hook, wreath hanger, or over-the-door hook.

Are your products weather resistant ?

Many of our outdoor door decorations are designed to withstand normal weather conditions. To improve longevity, keep products out of direct sunlight for extended periods. 

Are your bows, floral, and ribbon secure?

Yes, all bows, greenery, and embellishments are securely attached. However, due to handmade construction and shipping, minor adjustments may be needed upon arrival.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you accept custom orders?

Please reach out to us to discuss your ideas. Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis. 

Do you have a physical store location?

We are primarily an online business, but please contact us if you'd like to arrange a local pickup.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size.
