Return & Refund Policy

At Handmade and Poured, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and design are part of what makes every item unique.

All Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns.
  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • We do not accept cancellations.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, buyer's remorse, or normal handmade variations.

Handmade Quality

Each item is individually handmade. Minor imperfections, slight blemishes, tiny air bubbles, variations in color, wood grain, paint, resin, finish, and other natural characteristics are normal and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece one of a kind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, you must contact Handmade and Poured within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

Customers agree to contact Handmade and Poured first to allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.

Handmade and Poured reserves the right to respond to any payment dispute by providing documentation, including this policy, order records, shipping information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.

By placing an order with Handmade and Poured, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
